How it works:
After a 30 minute consultation where we will cover, eating habits, patterns, goals and general health. You will send me food journals of what you eat, when and how you feel. Each week we will have a phone or video meeting to discuss your week, give feedback and suggestions on how to improve along with coaching you through any mental setbacks or roadblocks. I am here answer any of your questions at any time so don't be shy.
